Climbing Wall

Accessed via a network of underground Tunnels the Centres can boast two indoor purpose built climbing walls.

The Boulder Room is a total of 700 square feet of quality bouldering underground! Its features include 45° Panels, two waves, slabs, cracks, arêtes and an eight foot roof, this was originally built in Bendcrete in 1992 and has since undergone upgrades and new routes are added frequently.

 

The Training Room is a total of 700 Square feet of climbing area. Its features include a 5 sided 16 foot tower, curved wall, roof sections, chimney and overhangs. On this wall a rope must be worn on the roof sections. The training room was built by the centres own qualified team own in April 2000 and was later improved in 2001 and 2002.

The Climbing wall is open on:
Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 9.00pm
Saturday and Sunday from 9.00am – 1.00pm
