We currently take participants all over the South Downs, primarily in Queen Elizabeth Country Park. All sessions are led by fully qualified MIAS instructors.
We run special one hour sessions for schools to give young people their first taste of mountain biking. Schools can book on to a series of one hour, fully coached sessions to progress their skills, ending with structured rides. Whether they’ve only recently learnt to ride a bike or want to build confidence – these sessions are a great introduction before going on to develop specific skills for each discipline. These sessions run by our fully qualified coaches will help children master the FUNdamentals of cycling including basic skills such as cornering, braking and bike handling.
If you’ve never ridden a mountain bike or yours has spent some time in the garage, go back to basics and build your confidence with our new packages! Try our INTRO 2 MTB or Multi Stage Skill Sessions, see below for details.
Don’t have your own mountain bike? – don’t worry, we can hire you one too.
Mountain Biking at Fort Purbrook is the perfect activity for parties, school groups, work groups and more. If you are a school looking for a different way of bringing your subject alive, we can tailor the sessions to meet your lesson and curriculum objectives. Our sessions allow for cross curricular opportunities linking with Maths, PE, English, technology and Geography!
